StayinFront RDI continues to be at the forefront of innovation in field sales by launching its new app for field sales personnel. Based on its popular SIPs concept (Store Improvement Plans) the app allows the sales person to download a packet of data containing all the key sales information about the store which is to be visited.
The app directs the sales person straight to the biggest issues in store, naming the SKUs involved and a diagnosis of the likely cause of the problem.
Head of Technology for StayinFront RDI, Andrew Smith, said: “We’re delighted to be able to offer this new service to our clients. Now field sales staff can have the latest sales information and be guided to fix the most pressing problems in store. We can tell them if the product has stopped selling, highlight booked stock errors and show where promotions haven’t been properly implemented. The app is highly intuitive to use and facilitates a much more data informed dialogue in store, especially when stores are compared with their regional colleagues.
Our traffic light system helps the salesperson demonstrate to store staff the value of lost sales and the urgency of putting problems right. We’re very excited about its potential to help clients achieve a step change in sales performance.”
